　　Established in 1998 in ChongQing,ChongQing International Culture Exchange Center(CQ-ICEC) directly subordinates to CQ general office of the People¨s Government. Its mission is to organize international culture exchange and promote the development of culture cause. It is in charge of organizing intellectual, cultural celebrities to carry out international exchange activities.
Since the center is established, it contribute on the development of economy, advance of science, prosperity of culture and promote friendly mutual understanding and cooperation between ChongQing and other counties and areas.

　　By the time of Spring Festival, all staffs of Chongqing International Culture Exchange Centre wish you a happy and propitious new year! Hearty thanks for your supports and co-operations in the past year that we had successfully carried out a series of goodwill and fruitful exchanges with different countries and regions in the world. Holding up the principle of building a harmonious society, the Centre had contributed its efforts to the social, economic, technological and cultural developments of Chongqing.

　　Enjoying the abundant fruits and with infinite passion to the coming year, we will celebrate the 17th Session of Party Conference and the 10th anniversary of Chongqing as a Municipal directly under the Central Government.
